Fortec Star Mercury II No audio

Hi,
I have a Fortec Star Mercury II with no audio. I have tried everything even the RCA output [audio and video] and still no audio. Everything else is working fine. Has anyone had this happen if so, any kind of fix Thanks

I suppose you already did a 'factory default' on it? If not, try that. If that doesn't fix it, firmware re-load might be in order. Those Merc 2's tend to get weird when the memory is near full, so if the receiver is loaded up with old channels and empty transponders, the factory default will get rid of most of that excess. Has the receiver worked right in the past, or is it new to you?
