FortecStar 90cm dish help?

I bought one of these dishes with the U-Bracket. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to read the elevation accurately. I am not aware of any markers to align the elevation guide with. The dish only came with assembly instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure you use the center of the bolt to set the elevation.........
