Fox channel 5 Low volume

My Fox channel 5 volume is lower than other channels. Just noticed when I was watching the Giants football game. Anyone else have this problem or fix?

I always have that issue with my local NBC and PBS. There is nothing to can be done other then to max out the volume and increase the level of hissing coming out of the speakers (which happens when you need to crank things.)
