Fox Report with Shepherd Smith is widescreen HD, or at least I've seen it in HD once (I don't stay around here that late to watch it most days, sorry. ).

Also, many of the 4:3 studio shots aren't SD. They're cropped HD. The studios are HD.

Cropped might not be the right word. Just say "they are 4:3 HD." While we are used to mostly 16x9 HD, there are some things out there shot in 4:3 that are HD. They aren't cropped, rather, they are shot that way. Like some of the Fox Business stuff.
