Apologies in advance if this has been asked and answered before. Just received info from Dish about the 2 free PPV movies. It's tagged at a $4.99 rebate. Could one order an HD movie and be credited $4.99 and still owe the $1.00(or $2.00 for the 1080p version) or does one have to order an SD version of the movie?

Says it's good for the HD PPV channel numbers- probably just owe the extra $1.
