Free On Demand shows question

If I access a show that is on demand and labeled as "free" does that appear on the bill? There are some shows that are free but aren't labeled as free and those just have a play option, the the ones labeled free say buy instead, leading me to think it appears on the bill. Anyone know?

No, they don't show up on the bill...at least not in the Western Ohio region.
