They are only showing the Sunday inauguration kickoff party and you can get it on Dish (at least my DVR shows that I can record it) even if you don't subscribe to HBO. But as far as Tuesday's festivities go, HBO isn't showing anything.

And while it seems DirecTV is enjoying a 4 day free preview of HBO, we will just get the Sunday inauguration kickoff.
If a provider like HBO has a free preview weekend then DISH should have it. This is nothing but shear cheapness on DISH's part. And just plain stupid. These free previews are offered to whet the appetite of non subscribers in hopes they will subscribe. I'm sure DISH gets a cut from each subscriber they have for these premium services so it would seem they are not maximizing their profits. Just another reason for me to go to DirecTV.
Also, AT&T U-verse is currently free-previewing almost every channel they offer, in both HD and SD. It seems every provider has more free previews than Dish.
