Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping has worked the best for me in deals such as this. It is amazing what you can cram/fit into a medium Flat Rate Priority Mail box. The best I have managed so far in a medium box has been 23 pounds of DVDs...and it arrived intact.

Sorry, but this rack-mount receiver does not fit in a flat-rate box. I tried!
The receiver has been claimed and is now gone.
