FTA - IntelSat 10 / Asia Sat 3S ?

Hi there. I was wondering if its possible to receive IntelSat 10 or AsiaSat 3S FTA channels in Minneapolis MN?

No, neither satellite reaches the US. You would have to be in Europe, Asia or Africa to receive them.
