Hi, I am trying to aim to AMC 21 right now, the LNB I'm using shows
L.O. 10.75GHz & 11.7 - 12.2GHz I.F. I assume this is a standard LNB.
I set my reciever to std. LNB 10750 & get no signal. Set it to OSC &
get 96 signal strength & 0 quality. What is OSC, circular or linear or
wrong for this satellite?

You are correct to set the LNBF type to Standard with LO 10750. Also select an active transponder such as 12180 Vertical 30000.

OSC is just a different LNB type and LO frequency. The OSC setting would be incorrect to use with a Standard type LNBF.
