Fun with a 4 lnbf

Well,
I've been having issues when I try to use a 3x4 multiswitch with my Invacom QPH-031, to split out to more receivers. So I picked up a DMX524U 4 output Universal lnbf from Galaxy marketing, and it is working out just fine, so far. I'm using two of the outputs to drive a 3x4 multiswitch, and the other two ports for the "master" receiver of the motorized dish plus a CS5000 for blindscanning. I have 4 receivers plus two PCI usb tuners working off the lnbf without any particular problems. As always, it's good to have a new toy !

Now if they would make a standard version of that I'd be happy
With circular stuff pretty much non existent except for Dish 101 I might take down the DBS LNB and swap the 4x4 to a 3x4 switch

I agree, Tony, I'd rather have a standard linear quad output. They don't seem to be around, and the Invacom quad Universal linear seems to be just for using multiswitches and not for direct connection.
