Although I can't speak for every app version (iOS, Blackberry) I can confirm that as of about 2 days ago the SiriusXM Android mobile app is now streaming Howard 100 and 101.

I would have expected it to be there from the beginning, though I don't listen to him, so I have never checked mine.

edit: I just checked mine and ya it's there, but I've been using the XM on the phone since I got it about 4-6 months ago
