The Pansat has a threshold of about 33 before it craps outIt's a fortec lifetime ultra. Anything below 50% on the quality level starts massive pixelation.

That's on my motorized setup. To get that signal level I had to make a few adjustments and accept signal in the 70% range on my TS satellite (IA5) versus the 90% I was getting on several transponders.
