Galaxy 13 Transponder 4 (3780)?

Per many FTA lists Xpndr 4 (3780 MHz) is listed as carrying BBC Worldnews America FTA. When I tune the transponder and look in the stream I see 3 encrypted MPEG 2 services. Does anyone know what these are? If BBC WNA is still FTA on C-band can someone tell me where?
