Scanned 91W Ku found these two marker cards, circular polarization.

What frequency? I assume above 12200MHz?

If above 12200MHz/circular then it is on Nimiq 6 for Bell. If below 12200MHz/linear it is on Galaxy 17 FSS band.

Hiya Titanium, here are the screenshots with info. You are the best in the field! I see Nimiq1 is at 91.1 so you are right. Thanks for clearing this up. One of the info cards is in French too, maybe for Canada? Oh, and there are some radio channels without the $ sign, but no audio.

Yes, those are Bell Canada subscription service channels. They offer programming in French and English.
