genie mini recordings rewind

Hi folks. I have a genie mini and a hr-44. If I am playing back a recorded show on the mini, say it's half way through, and I change channels, then go back to the recording, the recording starts over from the begining. Dosen't do this all the time, most of the time it will just pick up where I left off after changing channels. Any ideas. Thanks.

Sounds like a glitch. Have you tried a hard reboot?
