Geosatpro 200c Freezing when I turn on the Beeper

While installing my dish and trying to point it, I came across a possible bug. (Maybe I'm doing something wrong)

I have some TPs scanned into the receiver on this particular satellite (G16) and when I go into the menu and try to change my LNB settings, etc I press the Blue button to turn on the beeper and the Receiver freezes, no beep, no response to anything.

Am I doing something wrong?

What software is in the receiver?

I had the same issue a couple months ago and there was a software upgrade that took care of that issue. It was more of random remote freezing and not the receiver

Default: Blind Scan Ending IF Frequency: 1450 (change to match Standard Type LNBF)
Default: Search Option changed from SAT (FTA) to 1TP (FTA) in Search Screen
Default: OTA-SSU satellite, transponder and pids reassignment (press Red button in OTA screen)

If you have older software I highly recommend upgrading it

this is possible, I have the software that shipped (well came, i picked it up from SatAV) with the unit a couple weeks ago.

yeah I highly suggest updating the software. I had the same issues with it freezing CONSTANTLY before that update

If you have access to 97W use the OTA option...works very sweet
just make sure the transponder is 12115 V 22425 so it can update the software.
