German Mega Pack Channel 8945 not working

I am absolutely new here, but please maybe someone can help me! I have the "German Mega Pack" from DischNetwork and the new channel #8945 was working appr. 1 month ago for 1 week than disappeared.
My installation is sat 118.7, I tried it on transp.19 nothing, on transp.18 nothing. LNB is ok, what can I do?

Do you have any signal on any transponder? How do you know the lnb is still ok?
You may need to just re-peak the dish.
