Getting a new car with 1 year of Sirius...Should I cancel my current account?

I am a current Sirius sub and have never contacted them before. I leased a 2008 Jeep that may have come with a year free. After using it for so long I couldn't live without it. Now the lease is up and the new Jeep has a 1-year sub free. Should I cancel my current account and get a new one? Transfer my account to the new radio? Will I get credit for the free 1-year if I transfer? Anyone run into this?
