Getting DISH HD Installed Tomorrow

I called DISH Friday and had them set me up an installation appointment. She set it up for Monday between 12 and 5.

The account specialist I talked with agreed to giving me a 722k reciever, the OTA module, and professional instalation...all for free when I signed another 2 year contract. I also got the Classic Turbo Bronze package for $34/month for the first year.

Until tomorrow...

This reads more like a statement, then a Question. What is your point?
The OP in another thread had lots of questions which many of us helped him with. His point was to let us know what he decided. Yes, he probably should have used the same thread, but no biggie.
 
Not a happy camper.....some my fault, some DISH's fault.......When I called I repeated 3 times my order and the account specialist said "Yes that is what you will receive" 3 different times....that is not what I received though.....The installer showed me the ticket (work order) and they had me down for a 222.....he didn't have a 722k but did have a 722 so I took that (cause I couldn't take off work anymore to meet them)......the HDMI splitter I bought I think is faulty...cause the audio will go out...and I have to unplug both HDMI cables and plug them back in and everything will work again.....on top of that the 25ft HDMI cable is about 10ft to short....

The installer took my old DISH in the box my new receiver came in but, he forgot to take my new remotes, cables, instruction manual out before he left

Call the installer's office to get the remotes and manual back.
