getting dish re-aligned?

Had the roof re-done. Apparently the roofer took down the dishes (two of them) then re-installed it but the alignment is lost.

Is re-alignement covered in dhpp? don't have it right now but considering getting it to minimize the cost... is there a "waiting" period between getting dhpp and getting services?

the other option is to leave it as is for a while since I'm moving (hopefully soon). can I put the account "on-hold" for a few months then come back? don't want to loose the old "HD only" package...

thanks.

You could try it yourself. Get a cheap sat meter from ebay like this one. Go to DishPointer for the azimuth (compass heading), skew and elevation for the sats that you are looking to get. Use the meter to get the strongest signal. Just remember to move the dish slighty when making adjustments. It really is not that hard if the dish is accessible.

Pay the dhpp, call Dish and have your two dish array replaced with one - either Eastern or Western Arc - for $15.
