The station is operated by the Wah-Ste-Win Aboriginal Radio Network with headquarters in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and owned by Native Evangelical fellowship of Canada. The goal of the ministry is to bring the blessings of the gospel of Christ every day to the native peoples of Canada. This Gospel brings hope.
