Good service from Dish

I had a problem with my dish system.
It looked like a rain problem but the sun was out bright and it was not a rain problem.
I called the dish 800 number and got a very nice CSR who had me remove the smart card and it looked as though this fixed the problem.
It did not fix it so I called again and got a new CSR who seemed to be overseas.
This new CSR said that he could not fix the problem from his location and suggested that I buy a DHPP warranty to cover this prtoblem. I was surprised at this because he was allowing me to buy a warranty for a problem that I already had.
I did buy this product and the repair guy came out on SUNDAY he replaced my switch on the roof this fixed my problem.
So I think that I had a really good service from the CSR staff and from the repair guy.
 
I too, had a good experience with Dish this week, tech came out found my problem, then the next day, a person from Dish Network called and asked if I was pleased and satisfied with their work..this was a first.
