Perhaps you should do a little safety research before you make such a statement. The single "chargeable" accident occurred with one of Google's autonomous capable cars happened while a human was actually driving the car. The other accident happened when the autonomous car was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. Something that an autonomous car can do absolutely nothing about, same as a human driver.
