I just got hooked up yesterday the 15th, and the installers showed up just when they were scheduled to. They had my system up and running in no time, and were every bit as good as the guys who set up my D* a year ago(if not better). I was immediately blown away by the pq and discovered the wonderful world of Tank(my daughter was mesmerized lol). The OTA channels are awesome with the outdoor antenna, of course that's compared to rabbit ears, but still the picture was breathtaking. I don't know if I was just lucky to get good installers, but the entire experience from the first CSR to the first browse of the channels couldn't have been better. I have to say that Voom is the greatest thing to happen to the TV experience since color! Way to go Voom!! You are here to stay!
