last night i did a menu reset and starting on Saturday i alot upcoming should i give its more time to download to do a double reset now?

it will take up to 48 hours to fully update.

i know when i did it in the past when i did reset the guide usually pop up fully right away

it takes up to 24 hours to get most of the guide. This is normal (coming from someone who has done numerous resets on their HR34)

the reason i reset was i was watching i recording and 45 minutes into it did that delete thing again, and i wanted to see if i could save the recording by resting but it didn't help

You typically get 3 days worth right away and the rest re populates over the next 48 hours.

it looks like my guide is fully in but on my extra innings channels there no baseball schedule after Sunday is that normal? back to original Question do you why 2 times i got delete in the middle of watching a show? that why i did the reset to see if that would save that show but its didn't

doubt its a software as nobody else is having issues
