For ViP and older receivers, channel 100 is Dish Home, which still has a few interactive apps, including the weather ones. It has been awhile since I paid attention to the guide for this channel, but I know it used to rotate in blocks, promoting several of the interactive apps.

I never go to 100, since I subscribe to Welcome pack, I only get maybe two of the six blocks with anything in it.
