Every so often my TV says my guide has not updated in the last hour and to call D*. Far as I can tell everything is ok.
 
You probably have low signals on the 119 satellite, this is where the guide comes from if you are watching a channel on the 103/110/19 satellites. If you stay too long on one of those channels you will lose the guide updates, and newer software releases have a special test for that.
Post back with your signals on all the transponders on 119.
 
119 22-24 zero 26-32 zero 25 = 57

yes, there's the problem. I assume you have a slimline 5 dish? Do you have trees or something blocking your line of sight to the 119 satellite? You can check at dishpointer.com, it will help you see if you have a problem.

Thanks for your time. I called customer service and they set me up with a free service call Monday, to rectify the problem
