H20 Issue...help!

I have an H20 and the power button that is red when off and green when on flashes red and green constantly when powered on.

The menu banner flashes off and on during programs making it hard to watch.

Any thoughts?

I'm guessing you already tried unplugging it and restarting it? Do you have CE software in it?

I did unplug it. let it sit and started it up several times.

As for CE software, Im not sure. Its nothing that I downloaded myself.

There is a new color menu and such but nothing that I loaded.

Not quite sure what you can do,besides call directv for a service call!

New color menu? What exactly do you mean?


I agree with Hemi, call them and see what they say, although I would like more info if possible
