H20 phone line question

I curently have the phone line connected and have run the diagnostic test and it says that it works fine. However when I try to order PPV I get a phone line not connected message. Its not affecting Sunday Ticket, Center Ice or any other programming but what gives? How do I fix it, numerous resets haven't worked.
