i show 04D1 on my hd-dvr and 04C4 ony my hr 24-200 hd receiver

i show 04d1 on my hd-dvr and hd receiver hr 24-200

I'm currently getting 04DB, but I think thats the wrong one, but I also don't know what the NR is currently.

im guessing if it is a different one than the latest new hd gui I got it will be something along the lines of 0x0577 but thats just a guess, the latest hd gui I have so far is 0x0576 and there was 0x0575 before that one

Mine will not go ... just says "Searching for New Software" ... and restarts after 15 minutes or so.

I was half expecting to have it continue in the 057... area.
I guess the 04DB IS the current CE as it hasn't changed at all as it sometimes does as it loads.

Don, thats what I'm getting also, are you sure thats not the NEW CE ?

I thought that version looked like an old one, but maybe not.

FWIW, this is the version that that Firmware site said was available, but I had heard that that site does NOT update for the CE's which made me think that this is not the CE software

Scratch that it does show up on there for one model but not any other

This is my first try at getting HD GUI ... both my HR23's tell me searching, shows 04D4 and never starts downloading, just restarts and proceeds to receiver self check. Am I too early maybe ?
