H3 request: Longer post-show recordings

Due to rain delays and extra innings, I missed a few endings of baseball games last year. With 4 tuners I understood the need to cut off the max at 90 minutes. With 16 tuners, that no longer applies

I'd love to see a 3 hour option for post-show recordings too...

I doubt that the # of tuners was a determining factor in a 90-minute "limit". They base the extension time on what is pretty normal. Can they add more options ? Sure they can, but where do they draw the line ?

Considering our luck lately with Dish and user-configurable options, we should probably just be happy that they didn't take any of the extension options away yet.

You can always set a timer for multiple shows that are scheduled for after the event too.

Good idea! Can you walk me through how I would set up a timer to automatically record all Yankees games and then the 3 hours worth of shows after it?
