hard Reboot precedures

I am wondering if there is another way to reboot the receiver other than by unpluggin it? Such as a hidden/engineer button combination or sequence on the remote or IRD?

I just had mine installed last week and I do not know the model number of the Motorola receiver.

I have an entertainment center and the outles is very unaccessible.

Press the ON button on the STB for 5-6 seconds.
No other way that I know of.

Correction: There is of course a factory reset procedure through the service menu, but there is really no need for you to go there!

Model number of the set top box should be Motorola DSR550. Doesn't come with much documentation, but there is a load of information in this forum about it's functions.
