Just noticed the guide says "Off Air" after the local news tonight for all four networks, and I think PBS. It is both SD (WA) and HD (EA) and says off till 5AM.
 
Showed all night from 23:30 till 5AM. They did indeed go off air sometime around 1:15AM. I don't know when they came back but were on at 6AM or so.
