Where is Entertainment Tonight (ET)

We have been watching ET for numerous years now on our local CBS channel out of St Louis. For the last several weeks now it has disappeared. It is only on one time during the day in the Paramount+ app and then doesn't save to watch later. The local CBS station is not returning my phone calls. Does anyone else have ET on their CBS channel or anywhere else in the guide? My wife is on the warpath. Thanks for any help.

It is on CBS here in Chicago - we have it on at 6:30 central time on Weekdays. But during March Madness, it is airing at 2am in the morning. Next episode is scheduled for 2:10am tomorrow morning.

I don't see it on my CBS channel but it is on the CW channel. March Madness may be interfering with regular programming on CBS. Check out your channel 11.

It has been missing from CBS way before March Madness. I don't see on CW channel 11. I bet our local CBS station has taken it off.

i went to the website of all the stations in St. Louis and it seems like Entertainment Tonight is no longer airing on TV in St. Louis area.

also, my area (Dallas-Fort Worth) it airs at 3 PM on WFAA (the local ABC station in Dallas).

This is normal on Gray TV owned stations. Much like other owned stations they are dropping syndicated programming and inputting news or Gray owned programming.

It has been missing from CBS way before March Madness.

ET is a syndicated show, so it is NOT always on local CBS affiliates & varies from market to market. And because it's syndicated, sometimes it can move from 1 station to another within a market; usually it's when the fall TV season starts, but it could still happen at any time.
Here locally & out of Peoria/Bloomington it is on the local ABC affiliates.

It's no different than what happened here with Inside Edition, which is also syndicated & was pre-empted for 2 weeks during the damn Olympics on our local NBC affiliate...luckily I could get it out of Peoria on their NBC affiliate or out of Chicago on their ABC affiliate when Peoria pre-empted it a couple times.

That's why it's nice to have multiple options/markets to pull OTA programming from...

I did NOT know these CBS syndicated shows were on here; honestly I'm surprised they're doing this, as I would think the local affiliates would have a hissy with a cable channel having even a next-day run of their syndicated programming. But it's nice to have another back-up option.

There are other syndicated shows on other channels (usually overnight). As example both Tamron Hall, Sherri and Jennifer Hudson shows (syndicated) is on BounceTV overnights, Drew Barrymore show is on StartTV overnights (same show as local affiliates have). Heck StartTV even has Entertainment Tonight and Inside Edition overnights. Inside Edition is on both Paramount and Bounce on the overnight

Not everything you see on a CBs station is a CBs program.. In this case it is a syndicated program. Since it is produced by Paramount and Paramount owns several stations affiliated with CBs it is on several CBS stations but not all and in some cases it is on a station that is independent or affiliated with a different network.

But now I'm finding Comics Unleased is on at 12:30AM and 1:00AM and ET is nowhere to be found.

But now I'm finding Comics Unleased is on at 12:30AM and 1:00AM and ET is nowhere to be found.

Sounds like that TV station dropped the program. ET is a syndicated program sold to stations on an individual basis, it may be on another channel now.
TitanTV lists it at 11:30pm on 32.1 KMOV-DT5.

It is not on in the Hopper guide on channel 32.1. It it appears the KMOV station in St Louis has pulled it.

I've set my DVR for it but strange that when I did the voice sesrch option, nothing came up for Entertainment Tonight and I couldn't find the search option where I could type it in.

I don't use the voice search.
