Have a question about signal strength

I have been having some issues with freezing, but only on a few channels, mainly NFL Network. I went to signal strength and on the 25-32 on the 101, I have a 48-64 on I believe 28. Everyone else is 96-100. I'm not quite sure why.

This is actually a known issue. Nfl network randomly freezes but audio keeps going. I brought this up a while ago and since submitted paperwork to Directv's ISS department

Sounds like his signal is low.

Hutch is correct about NFL. And ISS don't listen to no one but themselves.

BTW, TP 28 on 101 is a spot beam TP and thus may be low.

And for those who like to know. The other spot beam TPs on 101 are 4, 12, 18, 20, and 26.

Thanks Hutch, I didn't realize it was a known issue, it has been freezing but the sounds it still there.
