Have yet to receive update??

I was still waiting for the update this morning, even though I had been leaving the rcvr off... then I did a power on reset, turned it back off, and I had the update within minutes.

Finally!

I finally got the update! After trying for 3 days....

DVI is brighter
Aspect options galore
OTA channels come in STRONGER! (no really)
Dish home is back
So far so good....

Got mine

Powered down as recommended and had the update in minutes. Yeah....

Got my lastnight around 5! Did not half to turn power off on the receiver ends it.I turend it off like I always do with the remote and when I power it on with the remote. It did not say downloading or nothing the new features were just there went to check to make sure it was the 269 and it was. So you should not half to unplug or hit the power button on the receiver just use your remote like normal.
