HBO Comedy Channel

I signed up for HBO recently on D* and realized that HBO Comedy Channel is not included in the package. My local cable company includes the channel in their package and I see that Dish includes it. Is this a recent move by D* or did they never offer the channel?. Any ideas how we can get D* to add the channel?

and request it but good luck.I have asked them for more premiuims but so far they haven't done so.
