HD Channel List: Dish Network vs DirectTV

Few other things:

1. FSN Bay area is now CSN Bay area
2. ESPN News is listed twice (once as ESNHD 209 for Direct and nothing for Dish and the second time as ESPNN HD 142 for Dish and 612 for Direct). 612 is Fuel HD on Direct. Just remove the ESPNN HD column all together and add a 142 in the red section for ESN HD on the Dish side.

Looks like DirecTV is still ahead in total channel count. As of today, Dish has almost all the channels my family and I watch regularly in HD. The ones they don't have are not available anywhere yet.

ESPN Suit channels numbers are wrong for Direct (one is wrong and the others will soon be changed and currently on the new channels anyway)

ESPN HD 206
ESN HD 207
ESPN2 HD 209

If I knew what D* was referring to (Dish or Direct) I would make the changes.

D* refers to DirecTV
E* refers to Echostar or now, Dish Network
