HD channels in RED not available?

Block them as in using the hide channels. They will not show.

Make your own HD favorites list. That's what I did. I include the HD channels I want and leave out all the others. It makes a nice concise list that is easy to manage.

When using HIDE channels it only works on the main guide. It does not on the HD ONLY guide.

Larry has the right idea, create your own HD Fav list and send the Dish stock one packing.

I still have a hard time understanding why a HD channel on Dish needs to have 3 different channel numbers.

Sure I understood the 94xx range for HD channels.
Sure I understand why the later implemented ch map down.
But a 3rd new chan # just for the essentials package?

Now that I do not understand.

Just LOCK those channels and turn on channel locks. Works for me.

It is DiSH Latino HD. Required much the same as the Channels in the 800s are required for the DiSH Latino SD mirrors.

As to the programming being different. That must be an EPG error as the channels are direct mirrors of the other HD channels.
