Planning on upgrading to 722 shortly & would like to know if it is possible to feed other tv's the HD feed using the HDMI output? Is there some kind of distribution amp that would allow me to feed the HDMI signal to it & then disperse it to other tv's? Is there a maximum length? I read that this was possible via cat5 cable. Can anyone explain how this is done?

HDMI over Cat5...ugh. It's doable, but expensive and a big pain.

You could get an HDMI distribution amp and run HDMI cables...it should work, but HDMI and HDCP do funny things and there's no guarantees.

Best thing to do would be run the component output into a distribution amp, and then run component to the other TV's. This can be done via mini-coax (three or five mini RG59's in one cable), three (or five, for audio) RG59's, or cat 5 as well, noting that you'll need a balun for cat 5.

Is there a component distribution amp that would allow the output to be HDMI? I thought that I read somewhere, that using a HDMI distibution amp wasn't that big of a deal & it worked pretty well.
