HD locals in Roanoke/Lynchburg

I just happen to check D* web site and now they are showing HD locals for my zip code 24151 Rocky Mount, VA. I get Roanoke/Lynchburg locals and the other day it was telling me no HD locals I hope this is right it would make me a happy man. Can someone elsa check to make shure I am not going crazy. Yes, you should get Raonoke locals provided you pay for a package with locals and have a satellite that is 3 or 5 lnb (can see 119).
