HD Locals in VT/Upstate New York?

Dish announced that the Burlington, VT market area would be receiving HD locals starting about 4/23 - does anyone know if this market will ever be scheduled for HD locals on Direct TV???

Take a look at this. It shows the SD and HD local receive facilities for Directv.
Burlington has a HD LRF listed so it shouldn't be too long before they're available.

Once D11 is operational, a whole bunch of locals should become available.
