HD video & audio out of synch

Hello all - Noob here

I live in the Detroit area and we were the first to get the new H20 rollout - i have sporadic audio issues. the audio nevers seems to be in synch - some HD channels are fine. I have call DTV 4 times - and last night was the first time the admitted that it was an issue on their end. The funny thing is it is totally random on the local HD's and Pay HD's - any ideas?

No ideas here on this end other than to say that I have the same issue with my H20 as well as with the HR10-250.

I have the same problem and mine's an HD Sat Receiver that is almost 3 years old (Phillips).

I was wondering the same thing for months and you answered my question. It's their problem that should have been fixed a long time ago
