Found it quite by accident. Just a handful of shows are available (they're FREE) and you'll find them only by drilling down in the Menu button's Search directory:

type "HD" in the Search window
open HDTV folder
Tonight there's a Golf Week travelogue, a segment from Dan Rather's HDNet series, a couple of CSI episodes and a Gorillaz concert. These freebies are probably just a test of the technology and viewer interest, so more should be on the way, free and Pay-Per-View.
