I didn't think so, but looks like I forgot to turn on DHCP on my machine.

Funny that you brought this up, we’re at our family vacation home and the Toshiba HD-DVD hasn’t been connected to the Internet for over five years. I hooked it up today and it says it has 4.0/2.0; after starting the process and accepting all the Licenses, it says it has already been updated.

edit: I just looked at the back label and it’s an HD-A30, not the A2 that you were asking about.

I think my fire survivor is the A2 ... (put all my content on HDD a long time ago), but still like to try it every now and then.

When I powered up the HD-DVD player, “Serenity” was still in the player.

My nephew also left me a copy of “Dune” for my summer read. I guess I taught him well…
