"HDR On" incorrectly with LG Display and Hopper 3

Has anyone found a way to call LG VIP Support and actually talk to someone in LG VIP Support recently? I tried calling the number, the automatic greeting says to hold for a LG VIP Support Customer Care representative and then after holding, it would just go to regular LG Support and they would not transfer me to VIP Support. I already tried a few times.

Considering upgrading to the H3 from H2 when I move- I have a 2016 LG OLED.

Has this HDR issue been resolved?

I am on many of the early pages of this thread (unlike most, I liked the false HDR), with my 55EF9500 but, be that as it may, the problem went away long ago. No "HDR is on" happens any more. I don't know if it was fixed by Dish or LG, but it has been resolved.
