Just want to see what other think about full bandwith with less resolution and 720p full against 1080 lite.

I vote for full resolution, 720p or 1080i. The resolution sets your basic quality on still images, the bandwitch is needed for motion scenes. As the MP4 encoders improve, the motion bluriness will lessen. If Dish goes lower resolution, you will never see HD quality, even on still images.
