Hey fellas.....I'm getting back into the Sat-subcontracting game after being away for a few years.

I was hoping someone here could kind of "brush me up" on Sat peaking. I have an Accutrac 3 meter and would like to know how to use it to peak a standard dish , 3 lnb and an at9

I used to have an old accutrac but it's history so I bought this one but I've never used it.

Also anyone from AZ want to give me some pointers on the easy way to wire up these stucco houses.

I know....a lot of questions but I would appreciate the help. I'm sure I could figure it out on my own but a little help never hurts

as far as stuco, i have no idead

peaking a sat is easy

first move the dish till ya lock on the sat

then move the elevation to its highest point,

then move your dish left and righ till its peaked

Greg,

The technical stuff has not changed much. The quality of the people putting the work on the street has sunk. DTV has never cared much about who did their installs. Recently, the farmers with the pitch forks have been surrounding their castle shouting WE WANT COMPETENT INSTALLATIONS!
At the same time the competent installers have been leaving the field shouting f**k YOU, YOU LYING BASTARDS!
WE WON"T WORK FOR THIS CRAP!

SO there are some things to be resolved. You will be able to pick up where you left off.......I did read of an installation company that back charged a tech for failure to observe a training tape on PHONE LINES & PPV.

You might consider standing on a local corner and offering to have sex for money. DTV installations leave you with the same feeling in the morning.
