well...after a google search I came up with this

*Samsung Model DSR 2000 = Press Menu Key And Go To System
Setup And Go To System Information And Enter 0000.

I just did a search and every site that had some info had ther same info.

Since I have never seen the box before, I can't do much trouble shooting
